Jalen Ramsey may have been pulling some tricks as he seeks a trade from the Jacksonville Jaguars, but he may be coming around.
Ramsey called into work sick on Monday but is planning to report to the team’s facility on Wednesday, according to ESPN’s Josina Anderson.
My understanding is #Jaguars CB Jalen Ramsey is planning to be at the facility tomorrow.

Ramsey asked for a trade away from Jacksonville last week, a day after getting into a confrontation with head coach Doug Marrone on the sidelines of their Week 2 loss to the Houston Texans.
Despite the trade request, the Jaguars have been holding firm and reportedly do not want to trade the All-Pro cornerback. They even reportedly turned down a big trade offer from another AFC team, for good reason. Ramsey is an excellent cornerback and not easily replaced. Even if they got draft picks back for him, they’d be extremely lucky to select a player as good in the draft.
Jacksonville has exercised a $13.7 million option on Ramsey for next season. He does not have much leverage at this point unless he wants to risk not being paid.
