Those who run their own bookie pay per head sportsbooks also include casino games in their sportsbook website. Poker, of course, is one of the most popular options for online gamblers. This week, all eyes are on poker. There are three World Poker Tour (WPT) titles up for grabs, and all will be decided on this week.

Gambling news sites will be covering the WPT L.A., the WPT Gardens Poker Championship, as well as the WPT Borgata Winter Poker Open. The first televised final, will be the L.A. Poker Classic. It has a $1.015 million prize for whoever wins the title. The favorite for this is Darren Elias for the chip lead. Elias has four WPT under his belt. Elias, however, only gets to take home $473,280 at third place. Fellow American player David Baker brings home the WPT L.A. title.

Meanwhile, the WPT Gardens Poker Championship is held at the Gardens Casino by Long Beach, California. The final six players for the championship was already determined last January. Last Tuesday, they faced off and started to play for the $548,825 prize.

As for the New Jersey action, more than a thousand players paid a $3,500 entry fee for the chance to compete for the WPT Borgata Winner Poker Open. There are 6 players left, with Dave Farah topping the chip count. The first prize winner gets to take home $728,430.

There are also a lot of Poker championships around the world. Currently, you have the WSOP in Czech Republic, among others. Of course, as a bookie, you have to be able to offer action to your players. It may not be in the hundreds of thousands of dollars’ worth of prizes, but a good sportsbook pay per head provider can give you and your players access to great casino and poker rooms.
